BOOTH Committee (6 Members)
Provides for the promotion of MMCA at various venues.

CLERK OF THE YEAR COMMITTEE (5 Members)
Administers the selection of the winner of the prestigious annual Clerk of the Year Award.

EDUCATION COMMITTEE (6 mEMBERS)
Arranges for educational sessions during MMCA Quarterly meetings and IIMC Region II Annual Conferences.

hISTORIAN COMMITTEE (2 mEMBERS)
Oversees the retention of historical information including pictures, past memberships, etc.; manages website.

Nominating Committee (5 mEMBERS)
Oversees the nominations and elections of the MMCA Officers biennially.

OUTREACH cOMMITTEE (7 Members)
Responsible for outreach and engagement of new clerks/members; produces the MMCA quarterly newsletter, The Messenger; and manages social media.

SCHOLARSHIP committee (6 Members)

As a department of the Maryland Municipal League, the MMCA is eligible to nominate a member to each of the following MML committees. The President of MMCA serves as a member of the MML Board of Directors. These committees include:

IIMC Committees
Members of the Maryland Municipal Clerks Association who are also members of the International Institute of Municipal Clerks (IIMC) are eligible to apply for appointment to IIMC committees.
