About Us
MISSION STATEMENT
The purpose of the Maryland Municipal Clerks Association is to promote improvement and efficiency in the operation of municipal and county clerks' offices by facilitating cooperation among municipal and county clerks. MMCA encourages the interchange of experiences and methods of conducting clerks' offices, by promoting or sponsoring periodic conferences and meetings for the discussion of problems and through research to find solutions.
Membership
Municipal and county clerks, or other individuals by whatever title who perform similar duties for the municipality or county, are eligible for membership in the Maryland Municipal Clerks Association.
Quarterly Meetings
The Maryland Municipal Clerks Association meets four times each year, in March, June, September, and December.

Professional Affiliations
Maryland Municipal Clerks Association is an affiliated organization of the Maryland Municipal League. MMCA is a part of the International Institute of Municipal Clerks Region II including Delaware, District of Columbia, Maryland, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Virginia. Our Region II Directors are Awilda Hernandez, MMC, Bowie, MD, and Stephanie Coulbourne, CNMC, Milton, DE.
