IIMC Foundation Fundraising

HAWAII TRIP DRAWING
The IIMC Foundation is kicking off the annual Hawaii Trip Drawing!  American Legal Publishing once again donated this full week in Hawaii, including airfare, for two people!

2026 IIMC ANNUAL CONFERENCE REGISTRATION/HOTEL - RENO
Thanks to the generous donation from IIMC, the IIMC Foundation is offering an opportunity to win five nights lodging and one free Conference Registration Package during the upcoming conference in Reno in May of 2026!  The package is valued at $1500!



CALL FOR SILENT AUCTION ITEMS 
The IIMC Foundation is gearing up for our Silent Auction at the 2026 IIMC Annual Conference in Reno, and we’d love your help starting now!  While we’re not collecting items just yet, this is the perfect time to begin thinking, planning, and setting aside items to bring with you to Reno in May 2026.

Proceeds from the Silent Auction directly support education, scholarships, and professional development opportunities for Municipal Clerks around the world.

What Should You Start Looking For?
We welcome a wide variety of items, including (but not limited to):

  • Gift baskets
  • Travel or experience packages
  • Event tickets
  • Unique local or regional items
  • Clerk-themed or handmade items
  • Gift cards or monetary donations

Donor Reception Invitation (Next Year!)
As a special thank-you, any individual or organization that donates an item valued at $100 or more—or makes a monetary donation of $100 or more—will receive an invitation to the exclusive Donor Reception at the following year’s IIMC Annual Conference.

Your generosity helps clerks attend institutes, earn certifications, and grow in their careers—and we’re excited to recognize and celebrate that impact together.

More details on donation logistics will be shared closer to the conference. For now, start planning your donation and plan to bring it with you to Reno in May 2026!

Benefit & Goals

The Maryland Municipal Clerks Association (MMCA):

  • Provides a network of informed individuals available for the exchange of ideas, experiences, and problem solving

  • Provides continuing growth and development opportunities through educational programs and workshops

  • Supports and encourages participation in the prestigious Certified Municipal Clerks (CMC) and Master Municipal Clerks (MMC) programs through the International Institute of Municipal Clerks (IIMC)

    • Accredited courses are offered at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia, and other universities throughout the United States

    • MMCA scholarships and IIMC scholarships are available
